We spent the weekend emptying out the boys rooms, along with the future baby nursery, in prep for the hardwood floors to go in this week. HOORAY...! I can't wait to see all the purchases I've made (& planning I've thoroughly enjoyed!) start filling up baby #3's little space.
To celebrate, I thought I'd share a mood board of sorts with lots of inspo and items that will influence the look of the nursery space...
#2 - Euro melamine plates... The lion is by Ingela Arrhenius. I've picked up a few here and there (mainly Euro websites) and I think I'm just going to adhere them right up on the wall... maybe mirror tape??
#3 - Some of my favorite BlaBla dolls. Figaro the Bird and Wooly the Sheep are among the "friends" that will be waiting on baby #3.
#4 - CLOUDS. lots and lots and lots of CLOUDS. ;))
#5 - Melanie Mikecz's "Under the Seahorse" canvas was the very first piece of art that I bought for baby #3's nursery. I love it SO much. The perfect combo of colors for his little space.
#6 - WHALES!!! I originally wanted to do lots and lots of whales, but then there ended up being lots and lots of OTHER animals that were perfect for the space, so I've had to minimize the whales. ;) STILL I love them, and am hoping to add this cute whale tub to the mix (it's on my registry!).
#8 - Happy Whales. Loving this print by Hello Paper Moon on Etsy and trying to decide if I can squeeze it anywhere into the room. AND add more whales in ;))
#9 - Ikea's SOLIGT Pillow - SO super cute. Not sure if it's still avail in stores, but I found one on Ebay.
Can't wait to share the entire nursery look very soon...!
